THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW

• This is a basic package where additional services like shrink wrapping, bubble wrapping and boxes packing are not included.
• If you require additional services as mentioned above on the moving day, we can still provide those services for an additional cost or you can consider booking our premium package to save some money.
• We won't be responsible for the items wrapped and packed by the customer itself.
• If you have any heavy items (piano, safe box, marble table, etc..), you need to inform us since there will be additional charges to lift those items weighing more than 50kg.
• You will need to pay loading bay charges in the event the distance from the lorry parking to the loading lift / the loading lift to the unit is more than 10m.
• There will be additional charges if the movers have to take the staircase to move certain items which won't fit in the lift or if your place doesn't have lift.
• Please obtain approval letter from your management prior to moving date for smooth moving process.
• Upon cancellation lesser than 24 hours before the moving date, we have the right to hold 30% from your deposit amount. However, if you would like to cancel the booking before 24 hours, you are entitled to get full refund.
• Customer should make full payment once the lorry reached at the drop-off point before the movers starts unloading.
